Priya joined the Club in 2023 after a decade in concierge management at three of the better hotels in Geneva, Singapore, and the Upper East Side. Her role at the Club is to ensure that every interaction an associate has with the institution, from the initial application through the mailing of the annual yearbook, meets the standard the Club has set for itself.
She is the only person who has ever made the Standards Committee laugh out loud during a quarterly review. The remark in question has not been recorded.
